My room was booked in Hospitality Inn for the night stay as I have to attend a meeting here in Lahore. I was wondering and searching for a person who can guide me to the conference room as I was new in Hospitality Inn. I was so confused and then I saw a smiling and welcoming lady near the business center on the ground floor.
I went to her and request her if she could help me to reach to the conference room. She guided so very well that I felt so confident and energetic. I went to the conference room and my whole session went so well. During the lunch break, I was in the lobby and sitting alone in the executive area. I started getting bored and then again that smiling personality came to and asked if she can help me. I found so great and respectful of her as she is really generous to the customers/visitors of her hotel.
Sheherbano Zaidi, a well-groomed, smiling, good looking, well managed Business Center Executive of Hospitality Inn. I found her personality very helpful. I am really impressed of the management, Human resource and the vision of the Hospitality Inn, Lahore, Pakistan that they are there to serve their customers in really hospitable manner.
